Questions about your shipment:
- We ship our products through FedEx.
- You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.
- Custom, made-to-order products usually ship within 10-15 business days. In-stock accessories ship next business day.
- Please remember that your closet systems must be ship via curbside freight delivery due to the weight and size of the product. You must be present at the time of the delivery to receive your order.
- Shipping is free to addresses located within the continental United States (lower 48 states). All others will be charged shipping based on the size/weight of the order and the delivery address.

Questions about installation:
- Our closet installation video is the perfect place to start. We've also put together a comprehensive installation guide that provides all the information you should need to properly install your organizational systems.
- Closet accessories can be returned within 30 days of receipt. They must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping charges will apply.
- Custom closet systems are non-returnable. Each closet is uniquely designed and manufactured for you to your specifications and can't be used by anyone else. Therefore, we regret that we cannot accept returns on custom orders.
- CLOSETS.COM will replace defective or damaged items free of charge. If you find a product is defective or has been damaged in shipping, you must report the damage within 5 days of receipt. Please refer to our warranty for detailed information.
